Rigol MHO5054, MHO5104, MHO5056, MHO5106 Mixed-Signal Oscilloscopes

Based on the self-developed Centaurus technical platform, Rigol's MHO5000 series oscilloscopes offer 1,000,000 wfms/s waveform capture rate (in fast recording mode), 500 pts memory depth, 12-bit resolution, excellent noise floor and vertical measurement accuracy that can meet the test demands for higher accuracy. Models are available with 4 or 6 analog channels and additonal 16 mixed-signal/MSO (logic/digital) channels. They support an additional arbitrary function generator (AFG option), digital signal analysis, Bode plot, and many other functions.
