TH2840A and TH2840B Precision LCR Meter
The Tonghui TH2840 series devices are precision LCR meters with test frequencies up to 500 kHz or 2 MHz and test speed of 1000 times/s (>10 kHz). The test level is up to 20 VRMS and the built-in bias voltage ±40 V/±100 mA/±2 A. Typical applications are parameter characterization and performance analysis of passive, semiconductor and other components, measurements of dielectric, magnetic and semiconductor materials as well as liquid crystal cells
