Siglent SEM5002A, SEM5012A, SEM5022A, SEM5032A, SEM5004A, SEM5014A, SEM5024A, SEM503A up to 26.5 GHz
The Siglent SEM5000A are electronic calibration modules (ECal) up to 4.5, 9, 13.5, or 26.5 GHz for VNA/vector network analyzers.
- Frequency range 9 kHz to 26.5 GHz.
- Maximum input power level +20 dBm.
- Maximum protection DC voltage ±35 V.
- RF connector types SMA female, SMA male, 3.5 mm female, 3.5 mm male, type-N 50 Ω female, type-N 50 Ω male.
- Number of supported ports 2 or 4.
- Power supply control USB 2.0.
- Compatibility: The SEM5000A series modules are compatible with the devices SNA5000X, SNA5000A, SVA1000X, SNA6000A, SHA800A (note device revisions for compatibility.
