Rohde&Schwarz RTM3000 Series 10-bit Oscilloscopes from 100 MHz to 1 GMHz
With 10-bit resolution, the Rohde&Schwarz RTM3002 and RTM3004 series oscilloscopes provide more detailed insight into signal details than conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes. They offer precise accuracy, low noise and multi-functionality with various fixed functions and options. The base unit has a choice of 2 or 4 analog channels and a bandwidth of 100 MHz, which can be purchased in pre-configured packages or upgraded to 1 GHz. A mixed-signal/MSO option with a 16-channel logic analyzer is also available.
- 2- or 4-channel oscilloscopes with bandwidths of 100, 200, 350, 500 MHz or 1 GHz.
- Max. Sampling rate 2.5 GS/s (normal)/5 GS/s (interleaved), max. memory depth 80 MS.
- ADC resolution 10 bit.
