The Rigol DG5000 Pro series function/arbitrary waveform generators have two output channels up to 250, 350, or 500 MHz (sine). With up to 2.5 GS/s sample rate and 64 Mpts per channel memory depth (optional 128 Mpts per channel), these all-in-one generators combine function generator, arbitrary waveform generator, noise generator, pulse generator, harmonics generator, and analog/digital modulator.

- Bandwidth up to 250, 350, or 500 MHz (sine).
Square: 170 MHz max. frequency, 0.8 ns min. rise time.
Pulse: 120 MHz max. frequency, 4.2 ns min. pulse width. - 2.5 GS/s maximum sampling rate.
- 16 bit vertical resolution for precise signal output.
- Built-in high-order harmonic generator (max. 20-th order)
- Maximum arbitrary waveform length of 64 Mpts/channel (optional 128 Mpts/channel).
