The Keysight P938xB Streamline series VNA are portable PC vector network analyzers for USB. The 4-port models cover a freqneuncy range from 9 kHz to 9 GHz or 20 GHz. The P938xB series provides great features for general-purpose network analysis of passive components. With software applications like enhanced time domain analysis with TDR and automatic fixture removal, you can easily characterize passive components with the same performance of a benchtop setup.
