Keysight N5166B CXG RF Vector Signal Generator up to 6 GHz
The Keysight N5166B CXG RF vector signal generator is the ideal solution to support the design and test of IoT and general-purpose devices, to perform basic parametric testing of components and functional verification of receivers. The N5166B CXG covers a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3 or 6 GHz and up to 120 MHz RF modulation bandwidth. With the N5166B CXG you can test your device with multiple verified, standards-compliant vector signals.
