Rohde&Schwarz MXO5 Series 4- and 8-Channel 12-bit Oscilloscopes up to 2 GHz
The Rohde&Schwarz MXO5 series oscilloscopes combine versatile and modern features such as high 12-bit ADC resolution, upgradeable bandwidths up to 2 GHz, deep memory, 4 or 8 analog channels, and a wide touch screen display. The scopes can be upgraded with various features such as 16 mixed-signal/logic-analyzer digital channels, serial bus decoding, a function and arbitrary waveform generator, power analysis, and more. The basic instrument has a bandwidth of 350 MHz (4-channel model) or 100 MHz (8-channel model) which can be bought in pre-configured bundles or upgraded up to 2 GHz.
