Rohde&Schwarz MXO4 Series 12-bit Oscilloscopes up to 1.5 GHz
The Rohde&Schwarz MXO4 series oscilloscopes with bandwidths of 200, 350, 500 MHz, 1, or 1.5 GHz combine top performance with an outstanding price/performance ratio. The R&S MXO4 oscilloscope offer a high real-time update rate of 4.5 million waveforms/s. This helps you to detect and view more signal details and capture more rare events. The 12-bit A/D converter of the R&S MXO4 series delivers 16 times the resolution of conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes for highly accurate measurements even at the highest sampling rates. The acquisition memory of 400 MPts per channel for all four channels simultaneously can be upgraded to 800 Mpts interleaved. With their capacitive 13.3"/33.8 cm full HD touchscreen and an intuitive user interface the oscilloscopes can have a learning curve of less than 15 minutes. Many options are available to upgrade the devices according to your requirements: Bandwidth upgrades, waveform generator, mixed-signal/logic analzer, serieal trigger and decode, etc.
