Digilent ADP5400 4-Channel Analog Discovery Pro Multifunctional Instrument, 350/500 MHz
The Digilent ADP5470 and ADP5490 Analog Discovery Pro are all-in-one multifunctional instruments combining a gigasample mixed-signal oscilloscope (MSO), waveform generator (function generator up to 20 MHz, and AWG), programmable power supply, and 5½ digit DMM. The devices are connected to a PC via USB 2.0 and/or LAN/Ethernet. They are supported by the WaveForms software application, as well as an SDK for custom applications.
