The Siglent SDS3000X HD series are 12-bit high-resolution digital oscilloscopes with excellent background noise performance and vertical measurement accuracy. The maximum bandwidth is 350 MHz, 500 MHz, or 1 GHz, the sampling rate is up to 4 GS/s. The SDS3000X HD series oscilloscopes have 4 analog channels and 16 digital/logic channels (MSO option - software licence and additional logic probes required). The storage depth is up to 400 Mpts/channel, the waveform capture rate up to 890,000 frames/second (sequence mode). Moreover the devices feature a wide and clear 10.1"/25.7 cm capacitive touch display.
