ADI Icron USB 3-2-1 Raven 3204C (Pro) Over CAT6a/7 and/or 10 GbE LAN

The ADI Icron Raven 3204C and Raven 3204C Pro are next generation USB 3-2-1 extenders. They allow users to extend USB 3 (5 Gbps) device types as well as USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices across a point-to-point connection up to 100 m over a single CAT 6a/7 cable. In addition, the Pro version also can extend via an existing 10-GbE LAN/Ethernet, The Pro version also offers a "firmware upgrade over network" feature that saves on installation and maintenance costs.

The Raven 3204C (Pro) 4-port USB 3.0 extenders support data rates up to 5 Gbps and is Plug&Play – no software drivers required – for all major operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS.

Applications include extending USB 3 conferencing cameras and audio devices for boardrooms and conference rooms. The Raven extension series has been successfully tested with most major USB 3.1 conferencing cameras in conjunction with major UC conferencing applications (Zoom, Teams, Skype).

Additionally, these ExtremeUSB-C-based USB 3-2-1 extender systems are FCC/CE Class B certified and, being backward compatible, are ideal for use with all USB-C or USB-A peripherals in addition to USB 3.1 conference cameras including sound bars, touchscreens, hubs, DACs, and other USB 3, 2 and 1 devices.

• Supports all USB 3, 2, and 1.1 devices simultaneously up to 5 Gbps (shared).
  If USB 3 isochronous support is needed, Raven 3204C Pro is recommended.
• Raven 3204C: Extends USB 3-2-1 up to 100 m through single CAT 6a/7 cable.
  Raven 3204C Pro: Extends USB 3-2-1 up to 200 m across a 10 GbE LAN switch or 100 m though a single CAT 6a/7 cable. Convenient firmware upgrade over network capability saves time and reduces maintenance costs.
• Optionally power the LEX (Local Extender) using the USB-C connection to the host: If the host computer can deliver 15 W to the LEX, the LEX power supply is not required.
• The REX (Remote Extender) includes 2 USB-C ports and 2 USB-A ports. Delivers 3 A at each USB-C port and 1.2 A at each USB-A port.
• 1 Gb Ethernet pass-through eliminates extra cable runs for simplified installations.
