The PicoScope 5000D series devices are advanced USB 3.0 SuperSpeed (compatible with USB 2.0) PC oscilloscopes with Pico's unique FlexRes technology. with FlexRes the resolution can be selected between 8, 12, 14, 15, and 16 bit as required. This optimizes the inputs either for high sampling rates up to 1 GS/s at 8 bit, or for high resolution 16 bit at 62.5 MS/s, or other combinations in between. The PicoScope 5000D series oscilloscopes have 2 or 4 analog channels, with additional 16 digital/logic channels for mixed-signal (MSO) applications. The digital channels can be grouped into a bus and the bus data can be displayed in hex, binary, ASCII or level (for D/A converter tests) format. The bandwidth of the oscilloscopes is 60, 100, or 200 MHz. Advanced triggers are available for the analog and digital channels. PicoScope 5000D Series oscilloscopes are equipped with a waveform capture memory up to 512 MS to capture long-duration waveforms at maximum sampling speed. PicoScope's DeepMeasure tool uses the deep memory to analyze every cycle contained in each triggered waveform acquisition. It displays results in a table, with the parameter fields shown in columns and waveform cycles shown in rows. Serial decoding and analysis are included as standard.
