PeakTech P3450 Graphical Multimeter with Thermal Imager
The PeakTech P3450 combines a true RMS graphic multimeter and a responsive thermal imaging camera in one device and thus enables professional use in all areas of electrical engineering. The PeakTech P3450 can be used to check the heat development of electrical connections and loosening points in circuits, control cabinets or cabling in systems, and faulty connections with high contact resistance can be reliably found. Extensive multimeter functions help the user to carry out precise measurements that can be logged automatically, saved with a screenshot or recorded and processed using an app for Android or iOS mobile devices. The colour TFT display can be operated at the push of a button and displays either a pure multimeter display or a combined multimeter/thermal image display. The multimeter display provides the user with multi-line displays for current measured values, maximum/minimum or relative value measurements. The integrated thermal imaging camera offers a very fast refresh rate of 50 Hz to enable a smooth display when troubleshooting and uses a thermal image resolution of 80 x 80 pixels. The graphic menu allows the selection of different color palettes (gray and invverse/iron/rainbow etc.), the setting of the emission factor or the activation of the laser pointer for marking the measuring station.
