Design, test and educate with an intuitive and cost-effective signal analyzer: The Keysight N9000B CXA spectrum analyzer offers a wide frequency range from 9 kHz to 3.0, 7.5, 13.6, or 26.5 GHz with up to 25 MHz analysis bandwidth. The analyzer provides reliable support for spur searches and distortion analysis or stimulus-response measurements with the optional built-in tracking generator.
