The Aaronia AG mainly develops and produces spectrum analyzers based on patented real-time/sweeping spectrum analysis processes. In addition, there are other measuring instruments and technologies in the field of low and high frequency measurement technology such as measuring and direction finding antennas and shielding of low and high frequency fields of any kind. Aaronia conducts basic research in the field of communications and measurement technology as a basis for the design of own circuitry and measurement processes, in particular for the development of extremely sensitive and accurate high-frequency measurement technology.

The spectrum analyzers from Aaronia allow RF and EMC measurements in real time, such as finding sources of interference and their causes, determining frequency and signal strength, or measuring and evaluating even the most complex limit values. The SPECTRAN series instruments are developed, manufactured and calibrated by Aaronia in Germany according to the highest quality standards.

Due to their high sensitivity and accuracy, the Aaronia spectrum analyzers are perfectly suited for pre-compliance and EMC/EMI tests as well as standard measurement tasks in the field and in the lab, among others. Thanks to options such as RF-over-fiber, 4- or 6-way combiners, passive or active splitters or high-quality directional couplers, the capabilities of a system can be expanded as needed at any time.

EMC Test Antennas in Various Designs

Passive and active, bidirektional antennas for EMC pre- and full compliance testing, reference antennas. Logarithmic periodical/LOGPER, biconical, LPDA hybrid, omnidirectional, 3D/isotrop, horn, magnetic field.

Antennas emit or receive electromagnetic waves. Antennas are well known in wireless communication (e.g. WLAN). But antennas also play an important role in both functions (transmitting/receiving) in EMC testing and in pre-compliance EMC testing. They can transmit interfering signals in the test to investigate the immunity of a DUT, but also detect existing interfering signals and receive them, e.g. for analysis by a spectrum analyzer.

In addition to spectrum analyzers and antennas, Aaronia also supplies high-quality shielding materials for use in industry, EMC testing, the military or in the private sector. Aaronia develops and manufactures these shielding materials to the highest quality standards in Germany. The range includes shielding materials, shielding fleece, shielding foils, EMC shielding panels, complete canopy shielding systems and shielding chambers. The Aaronia shielding materials provide reliable EMC protection against low-frequency and static magnetic fields of all kinds up to future high-frequency radiation sources in the high GHz range.
