HIOKI SM7110, SM7120 Megohm-Meters, SM7420 Micro-Current-Meter
The HIOKI SM7xxx Series are super megohm meters/picoammeters with a fastest speed of 6.4 ms. The SM7110 and SM7120 have 1 channel with max. 1000 V output (SM7110), or max. 2000 V output (SM7120), max. 2 * 1019 Ω display, and min. 0.1 fA resolution. The model SM7420 has 4 channels and is dedicated to micro current measurement (no voltage generation or measurement) with max. 2 * 1019 Ω display, and min. 0.1 fA resolution.
