HIOKI BT4560 Battery Impedance Meter
The battery impedance meter HIOKI BT4560 is the ideal solution for example for measuring large-capacity Li-ion batteries for EVs. The device covers a frequency range between 0.01 Hz and 1050 Hz. Low frequencies can be used to measure electrode reaction resistance, whereas high frequencies are usefull to measure electrolyte resistance and welding resistance.

1) In July 2024, HIOKI released an enhanced version of the BT4560. The new version is compatible and offers quick and easy EIS measurements for research and development as well as production. The new standard LAN interface simplifies the integration of test systems. The official designation is still B4560, but BT4560-50 is used internally to distinguish it from the previous version. When ordering, you will of course always receive the latest, new version.
