Indu-Sol EMV-INspektor V2 EMC Diagnostic and Service Tool
The Indu-Sol EMV-INspektor V2 is used to detect electromagnetic interference currents along the cables, on the conducting paths of the power supply and those of the potential equalization systems in industrial production systems. Bus cables and other lines can be permanently monitored. The diagnostic device EMV-INspektor V2 allows automated, contactless and uninterrupted test and detects electromagnetic disturbances temporarily. The measurement values of up to four current transformers are recorded separately, evaluated and compared. EMC disturbances are measured along the fieldbus cable via the 24 VDC power supply, via the 230/400 VAC low-voltage distribution system, in the equipotential bonding system and via the transmitter lines.
- Measurement of leakage, shielding and interference currents.
- Comparison of the data from input source components.
- Visual illustration of the disturbance values with an intuitive web interface.
- Export of the measurement data to USB memory or Ethernet/LAN interface.
- Configuration of the device software via web interface.
- Four analog inputs with sample rate 50 kHz, bandwidth 0 Hz...21 kHz (3 dB) or 0 Hz...15 kHz (0.1 dB), measurement range current ±100 mA/voltage ±35 V.
- Alarming possibilities: Switching contact, LED, SNMP trap.
- Power supply +24 VDC.
- Dimensions (WxHxD, mm) 84.7 x 105 x 113 (850 g.
- 35 mm DIN-rail mountable.
- IP20 protection.
- Included EMV-INspektor clamp: Measurement range 1 mA...50 AAC, category 600 V CAT II, 300 V CAT III, clamp opening 30 mm, cable length approx. 1.5 m.
