The Keysight E4982A LCR meter provides versatile, powerful performance for tests in passive component manufacturing such as SMD inductors and EMI filters, where impedance testing at high frequencies is required. Depending on the option, the devices cover a frequency range of 1 MHz to 300 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, or 3 GHz.
- High measurement speed: 0.9 ms, 2.1 ms, or 3.7 ms (depending on measurement time mode).
