- Remote access and control with standard web-browser.
Digilent WebDAQ-Series - Internet-Enabled DAQ-Boxes/Loggers
WebDAQ-316, WebDAQ-504, WebDAQ-904 for Temperature, IEPE, or with Universal Sensor-Input
The Digilent WebDAQ-series are stand-alone, web-/network-based dataloggers for remote monitoring and control of thermocouple temperature data, IEPE-based sensors or with universal sensor inputs. Use it for applications in IoT, building and process monitoring etc. Housed in a heavy-duty chassis, the WebDAQs are rugged enough for industrial applications. Four additional digital I/O channels can be used for triggering or alarms.
- Web-/network-based DAQ boxes and IoT DAQ system.
- WebDAQ-316: Thermocouple temperature data logger; with spring terminals.
WebDAQ-504: IEPE vibration and acoustic data logger; with BNC.
WebDAQ-904: Universal data logger for voltage, current, thermocouples, RTD, 2-/4-wire resistance, bridge-based sensors such as strain gauges; with spring terminals. - Inputs, depending on model, for thermocouples, IEPE, or universal.
- Digital-I/Os for trigger and alarms.
- Network interface (LAN/Ethernet).
- 9 V powered (external power supply).
- 3 GB internal memory (expandable via USB ports and SD card slot).
- No driver software to install. Data can be viewed in real time via browser or downloaded later.
- Included, easy to use software interface configure device, view data from any web based browser (laptop, phone etc).
- API available for custom applications.
- Ideal for applications that require remote logging/viewing of data where a PC is not needed or possible.
- Export data to csv, UFF, or binary for other applications.
- Easy, flexible task scheduling.
- Wi-Fi support (USB-to-WiFi dongle is not included).
- Target applications: IoT data logging, remote data logging, temperature logging.
Model Overview

Inputs | 16 thermocouples J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N (±78.125 mV), no additional signal-conditioning required | 4 simultaneous IEPE (accelerometers, microphones etc. | 4 simultaneous, universal: Voltage up to ±60 V, current, RTD, thermocouples, resistance, and bridge-based sensors such as strain gauges or load cells |
Sampe rate | 75 S/s per channel | 51 S/s per channel | 100 S/s per channel |
Resolution | 24 bit | 24 bit | 24 bit |
Additional features | 50/60 Hz noise rejction; CJC | In the software: Data can be plotted on strip chart and FFT displays. Real-time FFTs allow continuous monitoring and analysis. Users can apply windowing parameters with software. Users can configure each input for voltage or IEPE sensor measurements. An FFT is displayed for each active channel in a job on a single FFT plot. The WebDAQ 504 performs a spectrum function on the time-domain data and displays the amplitude of the frequency response. The data is scaled in dB based on the full-scale range of the sensor for that channel. Users can configure the window type to apply to the FFT data for each channel. Window types: Hann, Hamming, Blackman-Harris, Blackman, Flattop, or None (Uniform) | Simultaneous measurements from up to four analog inputs. Users can configure each input for voltage (from ± 125 mV range up to ±60 V), current (±25 mA), thermocouples (±125 mV), 2-/4-wire resistance (1 kΩ, 10 kΩ), RTD (3-/4-wire, Pt100, PT1000), quarter-bridge (120 Ω, 250 Ω), half-bridge (±500 mV/V), full-bridge (±7.8 mV/V, ±62.5 mV/V) |
