Keysight BenchVue App BV0023B USB Modular SMU

The BenchVue app BV0023B controls the modular USB SMUs/Source Measurement Units U2722A/U2723A. Configure voltage and current source, range and limit for each USB Modular SMU channel. Display source and measure for each individual channel concurrently. Plot I-V curve (with U2723A only). Configure SMU channels in serial or parallel to achieve higher throughput.
