Keysight AP5000A Series RF/Microwave Analog Signal Generators up to 26 GHz
The devices of the Keysight AP5000A series are portable, universally applicable, analog RF/µW signal generators. The AP5001A covers an RF frequency range from 9 kHz to 2, 4, or 6.1 GHz, the AP5002A covers a microwave range from 9 kHz to 12, 20, or 26 GHz. The signal generators are used to characterize DUTs quickly and reliably and to subject them to a complete stress test. The AP5000A series offers an excellent output power range and extremely low phase noise of the signal generator. It also speeds up testing with its superior frequency switching speed.
